Works by Mohammed Fairouz, Terry Riley, Zachary Meier, and Pauline Oliveros bring their unique perspectives on culture, identity, and listening. Fairouz’s music crosses musical and cultural borders, inviting dialogue across traditions. Riley’s repetitive, playful patterns create a space where performers and listeners can find joy in shared discovery. Meier brings queer narratives and lived experience into the mix, highlighting voices that often go unheard. Oliveros invites us to listen deeply to each other, to the room, and to the music itself in ways that can be both profound and delightful.
